Requirement of Full-Stack Developer

A great fit for this role is an experienced professional with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. One who can develop a software application's client and server side. They apply a wide range of coding skills and help the team solve problems. The candidate will also be required to test/debug the software, and optimize the code.

Key Skills

● Proficiency in front-end development using React Native/React/Nextjs

● Proficiency with unit and integration testing methods and tools

● Strong knowledge of UX best practices

● Experience with back-end development using technologies such as Node.js

● Knowledge of No SQL database management systems like MongoDB

● Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities

● Ability to work in fast-paced environments

● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS

● Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment environments

Responsibilities

● Design and implement scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies ● Develop and maintain responsive UX interfaces using React Native/Nextjs

● Build dynamic components to augment component library and improve user engagement

● Integrate client-side validation and reduce user form submission errors

● Optimize application performance and improve page load time

● Follow best coding/testing practices and minimize regression Education and Certifications

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
