Job Description

Write, edit, and proofread high-quality research papers, journal articles, and theses in the field of management.

- Provide comprehensive research guidance and academic support to PhD candidates and researchers.

- Assist clients in developing original research ideas, literature reviews, methodologies, and data analysis strategies.

- Ensure all writing adheres to academic standards, including citation styles such as APA, MLA, Harvard, and IEEE.

- Support the development of proposals for research funding and grants.

- Provide mentorship and one-on-one guidance to PhD students and researchers on research methodology and writing skills.

- Assist in preparing manuscripts for submission to top-tier management journals.

- Stay updated on the latest research trends, methodologies, and publication requirements.

*Requirements:*

- PhD in Management or a related field.

- Proven experience in academic writing, especially research papers and PhD theses in management.

- Strong understanding of academic publishing standards and guidelines.

- Excellent written communication and academic writing skills.

- Experience in guiding and mentoring students or researchers through the thesis and dissertation writing process.

- Familiarity with statistical tools, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and data analysis.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

*Preferred Skills:*

- Published research papers in reputed journals.

- Familiarity with various citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, etc.).

- Experience with plagiarism detection tools and ensuring content originality.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients remotely.
