Urgent requirement of Center Manager with 7+ years of Experience preferable from Beauty, Fitness and Wellness Industry.

Role & responsibilities

• To be the point of contact for overall operations of the clinic
• To handle clinic sales and make the clinic profitable.
• To monitor the administrative, operational and technical aspect for smooth functioning of the clinic.
• Inventory and Cash Management.
• Customer Service and Retention
• Team Management
• To ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services through SOPs adherence and training & development of the team.
• To plan and execute different offers and schemes at a center level.

Preferred candidate profile

7+ years of experience in Clinic Management at least 4+ years in walk-in conversions

• Proven leadership track record in Clinic Management
• Thorough knowledge of customer service, customer experience and process improvements
• Excellent communication, convincing and conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
