Closing Manager -

Job Location: Neral, Karjat

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance.
• Close deals efficiently with periodic follow-ups.
• Manage the closing process with accurate paperwork.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction.
• Achieve business targets within the stipulated time frame.

Sourcing Manager -

Job Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard Channel Partners (CPs) to drive consistent lead flow and sales.
• Develop & Maintain strong relationships with CPs, ensuring engagement.
• Strategically expand the Channel Partner network by leveraging industry connections and networking events.
• Monitor CP performance, provide necessary support, provide product training.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience in Closing or Sourcing required.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills necessary.
• Strong network of Channel Partners.
• Professional appearance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
