Network Engineer L2

Key Responsibilities: 

Network Administration LAN and WLAN 

WAN and Internet Link Monitoring and Co-ordination with ISPs/ Telcos 

Operational support for Network and Security related issues Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests 

Provide required support to Internal Controls, internal and external audits on Network Services 

Network Capacity Monitoring, Planning and Upgrades/ Downgrades, as needed LAN and WLAN Security 

Support to internal initiatives/ projects involving Network (LAN, WAN, Network Security) 

Continuous Process Improvement on Network, Network Optimization and Security Initiatives 

Good understanding of ITIL Processes such as – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset/ Configuration Management, Service Reporting IT & Security Audits and Support
