- Facilitating negotiations, mediating disputes, or initiating legal action when necessary to reach a favorable outcome
- Handled the Contract Arbitration
- International Contract Books
- Knowledge of FIDIC Books and clauses
- Analyzing claims, preparing supporting documentation, and communicating with relevant parties to resolve disputes efficiently
- Identifying potential contractual risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize the likelihood of claims
- Maintaining open communication with project teams, legal counsel, clients, and vendors regarding contract issues and claims
- Generating reports on contract performance, claim trends, and potential financial impacts to inform decision-making
- Client interface related to Contract Clauses
- Monitoring contract compliance, tracking key milestones, and managing changes or variations to the contract through change orders
- Proactively identifying potential claims arising from contract discrepancies, project delays, or unforeseen circumstances
