Job Description

Pre-commissioning, commissioning of boiler drives/instruments.

Erection of boiler instruments, cabling, Junction Boxes, Panels, instrument i.e. thermocouple, RTDs, Gauges, Transmitters of different types and its maintenance till handover of plant to the customer.

Logic testing, Demonstration and witnessed by client before trial run /commissioning of equipment.

Responsible for some small logic changes/implementation in DCS/PLC and coordination with vendor.

Responsible for billing and invoicing with customers/vendors.

Responsible for contractor handling for execution/ commissioning and pending issues/punch point closure at site.

Shift duty support during plant trial run.

Responsible for pre commissioning/commissioning of Pneumatic Control Valves, Solenoid operated valves, Motorized Operated Valves and dampers.

Responsible for pre commissioning /commissioning of Fans, Pumps, Burner management and its protection system, Scanners.

Responsible for handling of technician team and development.
