Certification:

1. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
2. Certified Auditor for ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing management system)

Functions:

1. Understand ISO 9001:2015 standard and its requirements
2. Understand the roles and responsibilities of the internal auditor.
3. Must have implemented QMS for any department or business.
4. Understand, determine Risk & Opportunities, and perform risk assessment.
5. Identify and monitor Quality Objectives relevant to O&M Business.
6. Understand Document Management system, doc. Control and requirements related to QMS.
7. Understanding of Audit Plan/schedule, Audit checklist, and performing O&M Internal & External Audits.
8. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit s results and document process viz. Audit guidelines, findings, Terms of reference (ToR), closure reports etc.
9. Prepare Management review agenda and perform Management review as per the standard.
10. Conduct follow up audits to monitor management s interventions.
11. Regular monitoring of dept. / system to monitor continuous effectiveness of QMS.
12. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
