Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in processes.
Train and educate employees on SOPs to ensure compliance.
Data and Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of processes.
Collect and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
