Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Indian market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyribas solutions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
4+ of Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in India.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.
Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
