Kwanzoo Inc - Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automated Testing (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

- Work with QA team members to setup a comprehensive test infrastructure across multiple internal systems (Website, Google Analytics, Live Chat, CRM, and other Marketing and Advertising Platforms)

- Create test processes and procedures to ensure that our B2B SaaS software operates within defined functional requirements.

- Implement a complete set of test plans for all major features and functions.

- Develop automation and auto data validation strategies across all test areas.

- Identify and investigate issues found during testing, and update test cases based on discovered defects.

- Work closely with fellow software developers, customer success and QA staff to resolve issues.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing

- Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents

- Career-level professional within the field

- Conducts complex work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment

- You have a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 3+ years of relevant experience

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of QA best practices, QA automation tools, well-designed QA test plan preparation

- Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with different components

- Understand project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases

- Set up, main and perform test automation frameworks and build test scenarios and acceptance tests

- Investigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and create and managing bug reports

- Handle technical communications and understand the customers' systems

- Work with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the test-ability of functional elements and product designs

- Note all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports

- Analyze and integrate software systems and coordinate with other teams to enhance the overall design

- Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrade existing practices and processes

- Manage the final quality on production release
