Quality-Senior Engineer/Junior Technician - Mexico Location

Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible to inspect and maintain the Inspection record for the Incoming parts

2.Visually Identifying parts for Defects and Damages

3.Responsible to update the IQC rejections to Internal team/Suppliers and to collect the action plan

4.Responsible for SAP activities for the Incoming parts(Inspection & rejection clearance)

5.Responsible for the child parts availability after incoming Inspection without line stoppage

6.Responsible for the managing the team members

7 Kaizen implementation for monthly basis

8 Dimensional Inspection of Job Performed By Using Various Measuring Instruments and Working on CO-ORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE

9 Determining the minimal requirements and procedures needed for a process to pass a QA inspection

10 Analysis and review the supplier defect part and I make sure them to take counter measure for the problem through 8D Analysis and Verification of PPAP document and getting approval from Customer

Preferred candidate profile

1. Foreign Opportunity Interested Only Can Apply

2. Strong knowledge In SAP Must

3. Good knowledge MS Excel

4. Data Preparation Skills

5. Communication Skills

6. Experience in automobile Industry

7. Nurture and maintain good working relationships with customers
