Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Diploma/B.E with 2-4 years experience in wiring harness industry
2. Have hands on experience in Auto cutting machine, Ultra-sonic welding machines, Crimping machines & Assembly process
3. Able to train and monitor new operators & setup crimping & welding parameters.
4. Able to meet company targets in terms of productivity and quality.
5. Work as a team & maintain 5S, suggest improvement ideas/Kaizens and implement.
6. Able to handle team about 30-60 operators.
