Branch Head - Real Estate Advisory

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head for our Real Estate Advisory division. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the branch while delivering exceptional advisory services to our clients. The Branch Head will lead a team of professionals, develop client relationships, and ensure the execution of high-quality real estate advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage the branch operations, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of real estate advisors and analysts.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

2. Business Development:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
• Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

3. Client Advisory:

• Oversee the delivery of real estate advisory services, including market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and project management.
• Ensure that all client engagements are executed with the highest standard of quality and professionalism.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

4. Strategic Oversight:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement branch-specific goals, targets, and budgets.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on branch performance and strategic initiatives.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.

6. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share insights and leverage resources for client benefit.
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to enhance the branchs visibility and reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate advisory, business development, and branch management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
