Test Environment - Production Support

Role: Test Environment Support.

Your Work Location - Permanent Work from Home.

Shift - 6 PM IST to 3:30 IST.

Office Location - Olympia Tech Park - Guindy - 8th Floor.

NP - Immediate.

Job Description:

Current or Previous experience in test environment management and support.

Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 application support.

Experience supporting Linux and Unix-based application / Test environments.

Experience in managing Environment Certificates (Like SSL, etc.)

Experience in Incident management, problem management, and Change management.

Experience in handling Major Incidents and driving them for closure.

Proficient in triaging application issues and working with required stakeholders(Dev/QA/Infra) as required to resolve the issues.

Experience with CI/CD pipeline.

Experience with scripting(Shell/ Perl/ Python).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Flexible to participate in on-call rotation.

Flexible to work in Shifts (Early Morning / Regular / Afternoon Shift) if required.

Good understanding and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Azure Cloud. Should be able to learn and work as needed.

Good understanding and exposure to network troubleshooting/firewall/ Load balancers.

Good understanding and exposure to certificate management( SSL, Digi).

Good understanding and exposure to SQL and NoSQL DBs.(Oracle, MongoDB).

Good Understanding and exposure to middleware queues.

Good to have experience with Agile Methodologies.

Good to have Banking-Capital market experience.
