Plant Operator - MVR /MEE Plant

We are looking for young, intelligent, dynamic, energetic & highly motivated person believing in long term professional relation for the post of Plant Operator - MVR /MEEPlant based at Dahej, Dist: Bharuch, Gujarat.

Candidate Profile:-

• The incumbent should have full time ITI AOCP/B.Sc - Chemistry degree from reputed university/Institute with excellent academic background.
• He should have 0 to 3 years post qualification working experience to operate & handle troubleshooting efficiently of MVR/MEE plant out of which minimum one year experience to handle all aspect of entire shift operation of MVR/MEE Plant of Reputed & well-known Public/Private Limited/MNC Company preferably Gujarat based Chemical/Speciality Chemical/Epoxy Resins plant.
• Exposure related to ETP plant operation will have added advantage.

Job Profile: -

• He will coordinate with Warehouse Manager & help him to unload the required incoming materials for MVR Plant & store the NACL produced from MVR plant.
• He will study & understand Environmental Clearance (EC) terms, Consented quantity of Water usage, effluent generation, Recycling of water, discharge of treated effluent, Hazardous waste disposal parameters & Procedure and coordinate with EHS Manager.
• He will coordinate with QC & R & D to take sample & Lab test of all incoming raw materials, incoming high TDS Water, outgoing polluted water going to ETP, NACL produced out of MVR as per the given guideline & report to Production/Operation Manager/EHS Manager if testing report is not up to the desired level.
• He will fill-up Shift Log-sheet & record all fact & status of the plant, briefing to his reliver shift Incharge.
• He will be responsible to address, handle & manage all issues pertaining to Qualitative & quantitative operation of the shift.
• He will be responsible for safe & trouble-free operation of the shift. & produce best quality of products with minimum wastage/losses & maximum possible quantity as per the target given by Operation Manager.
