Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.

Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to provide insights into business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making by senior management.

Analyze credit and debit transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to credit and debit usage, delinquency rates, fraud detection, and customer behavior.

Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in credit and debit product offerings.

Budget Management

Manage the company's budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish budget targets and monitor performance against financial goals.

Track expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic priorities.

Financial Reporting And Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and compliance reviews, addressing any audit findings and implementing recommendations for process improvements.

Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity requirements to optimize the company's cash position and ensure adequate funding for operational needs and strategic investments.

Implement cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle cash balances while minimizing financial risk.

Risk Management

Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Financial Modeling And Forecasting

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.

Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to predict future financial performance and assess the impact of various business initiatives on profitability and growth.
