Key Responsibilities:

1. AI & ML Strategy and Development:

- Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Identify opportunities for AI and automation in business processes, products, and services.

- Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

2. Automation Process Design:

- Lead the development of intelligent automation solutions using AI, ML, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.

- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and design automated alternatives.

3. Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.

- Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for performance and scalability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.

- Provide technical expertise to guide the automation roadmap and project implementations.

5. Deployment and Maintenance:

- Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and ensure their reliability and scalability.

- Monitor model performance and update algorithms to improve results.

6. Leadership and Mentorship:

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

- Take ownership of project delivery timelines and milestones.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

- Technical Skills:

- Proven experience with programming languages like Python, R, or Java.

- Hands-on expertise with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

- Experience with AI/ML model deployment using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and data pipeline development.

- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms is an advantage.

- Soft Skills:
