Job Description
- We are looking for a Punjabi-speaking Sales & Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting potential and existing customers with their insurance inquiries, promoting insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service in Punjabi. This role requires a person who is customer-oriented, sales-driven, and able to communicate fluently in both Punjabi and English.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support :
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Punjabi and English.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers with policy-related questions, billing inquiries, claims, and other service-related issues.
- Sales :
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.).
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for policy sales.
- Follow up on leads and ensure the timely closure of sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Policy Assistance :
- Explain policy details, coverage options, and terms and conditions to customers.
- Guide customers through the application process and help them understand their coverage.
- Retention :
- Work towards retaining existing customers by offering personalized support and appropriate solutions.
- Conduct policy renewals and follow-ups to ensure continuous service.
- Data Management :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service transactions.
- Update customer information in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency :
- Fluent in Punjabi (written and spoken) and English.
- Experience :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Education :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BachelorDegree is a plus).
- Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage.
- Technical :
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience with customer support systems (phone, email, and chat) is preferred.

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
