Looking for 5 Japanese Telecallers for Customer service process-Ecommerce. Shift timings:-4.30 am to 2.00 pm.Location :- Thane Fluent in English and Japanese with N1 & N2 levels Voice Immediate joining only male Candidates who can travel on their ownprocess-Good international customer service experience of more than 1 year.Job Description: Japanese Telecaller

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese customers via phone and email.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders accurately and timely.
Update and maintain customer records.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with Japanese customers, both verbally and in writing.
Use clear and concise language to convey information accurately.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve customer issues and problems.
