Associate- Receipt Inspection

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Junior Associate

Department: Quality Management

Formal education: ITI (Fitter / Machinist)

Professional experience: 4 to 5 years

Role & responsibilities

• Overall Inspection of Casting & forging items (Raw, Semi finish, Finish Casting Visual and Dimensional Inspection as per Drawing)
• Review Material test reports of parts as per Inspection Plan, material standard & Project QCP
• SAP Transactions QM lot clearance, Create X2 Notifications etc.
• Prepare Inspection reports of sample casting
• Create X2- Notifications against receipt inspection observations.
• Communicate X2 notifications & deviations to concern suppliers / Buyers.
• Take corrective action from respective supplier against non-conformance
• Maintain 5S at inward inspection area and make Kaizen improvement etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge and well familiar with various measuring instruments & Gauges
• Knowledge of Foundry Process, Problem solving
• Knowledge of QC tools
• Knowledge of NDT (Visual inspection)
