Role & responsibilities

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of products throughout the production process. You will play a key role in identifying defects, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with all quality standards. Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Identify defects or deviations and document them accurately.

Use various measuring instruments, tools, and testing equipment to perform inspections.

Communicate effectively with production and engineering teams regarding quality issues and improvements.

Monitor and enforce adherence to company procedures, quality policies, and safety standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of inspections and test results.

Assist in root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions for quality issues.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of quality control standards and best practices.

Familiarity with inspection tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
