Business Development Executive- Aftermarket Sales & Service

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for independently achieving the Supremeserv branch budget with support of team

2. To ensure timely submission of offers to customers and convert the same to orders

3. To Liaise with Customers / ASCs and maintain good relationship

4. Regular visits to End users, OEMs and other customers for promotion of spares, service, retrofit, reverse engineering products

5. Support ASC developer for new ASCs and also monitor their performance

6. Collection of Installed base data from entire area allocated and look for increasing business opportunities

7. Ensure timely payment collection and receivables within 30 days

8. Facilitate warranty resolution with Customer by liasioning with ASC / HO warranty resolution / Supremeserv CM

9. To intervene and resolve issues pertaining to order execution as and when required

10. Ensure proper approvals of project pricing and FOC approval.

11. Will be responsible for conducting market survey and business development activities for Direct spares business as well BP & CL make pumps population in AP and TS

12. Ensure all the ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C, SQ & Indenting

13. To identify the risks and report periodically.

14. Coordinate with TSS on Pre and Post Order activities for market study, for Supremeserv products like Mech seal, ARC valves, Pump meter

15. To follow the segment guidelines strictly.

Preferred candidate profile  Knowledge of pumps preferred

 Commercial knowledge

 Good communication skills

 Knowledge of SAP (SD Module)

 Knowledge of MS-Office 2019
