Trainee Engineer - BD

Role & responsibilities

• To fully understand the Technologies being provided by MILINDIA
• To be fully aware of MILINDIAs Competitors
• To be updated on the assigned Countries Economic and Political Situation.
• Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Generate leads and pitch to convert them to clients
• To review the enquiries received and understand the requirement of the Customer.
• Solutions based approach and provide solutions to clients that are most optimum
• Meet with customers/clients face to face, over the phone, or virtually
• Foster and develop relationships with Customers
• Proposal generation & costing
• To create / edit Process Flow Diagrams in AutoCAD

Preferred candidate profile

• Technically sound with Engineering Concepts
• Self-motivated with a high desire to achieve.
• Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks / plans
• Willing to travel extensively within India & overseas
• Networking skills and excellent relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese language will be an added advantage.
