Job Description: Krono Lead Generation and Digital Marketing is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive / Pre-Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be the face of our brand, promoting our services, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your focus will be on engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and live chat, helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Growth: Identify and target new clients, develop leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Client Outreach: Engage potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and website chats to introduce and explain our services.
• Lead Generation: Cold call and generate leads, schedule appointments, and manage B2B and B2C opportunities (including real estate site visits).
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and addressing any inquiries promptly.
• Sales Support: Upsell, cross-sell, and create customized quotes for clients based on their needs, ensuring a smooth purchasing process.
• CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM system with lead details, client information, and sales progress.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong verbal, written communication, negotiation, confidence.
• Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mind-set.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles and strategies.
