What is this role about?
As a People Experience Partner - PEP at BrightChamps, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing people strategies to enable next level growth and success. You will work closely with our business leaders and employees to provide guidance, support, and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a

Responsibilities:
⭐Strategic People Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
⭐Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent
treatment.
⭐Performance Management: Enable the implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on effective
performance feedback and improvement strategies.
⭐Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs across the organization. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support the implementation of career development initiatives and
succession planning processes.
⭐Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements
to existing programs and processes.
⭐Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and equitable.
⭐Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making. Generate reports on HR-related data, such as turnover, performance, and diversity.
⭐Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through surveys, 1:1, onboarding surveys and activities to improve the employee satisfaction levels. Build action items through continuous analysis of feedback received to introduce right
practices for the organisation
Preferred candidate profile
⭐Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
⭐Proven experience as an HR Business Partner/ People Professional of 3 years or similar HR role, preferably in a start-up or tech environment
⭐In-depth knowledge of People practices, labour laws, and regulations
⭐Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
⭐Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development
⭐Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
⭐Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
⭐HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
