- We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning and computer We are looking for the Project Manager who would be responsible for end to end product delivery and has a demonstrated understanding and experience of working with RF System in the frequency range 70 80GHz.
- This person shall Develop and manage security human body scanner project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables, etc. Inform project status, schedule and key issues to management on a regular basis.
- Understand large capital equipment risks. Understand, manage and mitigate risks in security human body scanner development project.
- Work with CTO, EE, ME, Quality, NPI and SW groups to identify and manage resource requirements, coordinate project deliverables, required skill sets, training plans, quality reviews, documentations and weekly meetings required for project execution.
- Validate project plan and schedule to incorporate any changes requested.
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers, regulatory bodies and project team throughout the project implementation phase.
- Perform negotiations on project activities with customers (i.e., government or regulatory bodies) if required.
- Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
- Help identify new service needs and drive those ideas back to the engineering team.
- Create features and service tools roadmap.
- Schedule, participate and attend key customer visits and meetings.
- Create project performance metrics.
- Develop NRE cost estimates (FTE and capital equipment) for development of a security human body scanner
- Exp Range: 8-10 Years
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
- . Strong Experience with Radar System.
- Strong Knowledge of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and Thermal Analysis.
- Experience in Analog to Digital Conversation and high speed (10Gbps) data processing.
- Candidate should have experience in working with processing of Radio Image to identify threats.
- Having experience in Electrical equipment safety and regulatory requirements and certifications.
- Strong hold on data Processing with FPGA.
- Experience with 10G SFP/SFP+.
