Technical Lead

Location Bangalore/Pune/Chandigarh/Noida.

Experience - 6-10 Years.

Focus : Develop POCs and demos from the ground up for offering development and large deal submissions.

Expanded Expertise Requirements :

Basic Skill Set :

- Programming Knowledge in .Net or Java and Other Backend Technologies.

- Strong foundational knowledge in backend development using .Net or Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Proficiency in building scalable and robust backend systems, including RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and middleware integration.

- Familiarity with modern backend frameworks (e.g, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot) and experience in optimizing backend processes for performance and reliability.

Primary Skill :

- Programming Knowledge on Python or R or Any AI/ML Scripting Languages:.

- Advanced proficiency in Python or R, with a strong focus on data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.

- Experience in using popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, and Pandas Implement Node.js services.

- Ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that can be integrated into POCs and demos to showcase AI/ML capabilities.

- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI subdomains is highly desirable.

Secondary Skill :

- Exposure to Any Public Cloud Environment

- Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (e.g, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is essential.

- Understanding of cloud-native development practices, including serverless computing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based storage solutions.

- Proficiency in leveraging cloud services for AI/ML model deployment, database management, and scalable computing.

Highly Preferred to Have :

Experience with Next-Gen Technologies :

- Familiarity with next-generation technologies such as Gen AI, ML, SAP, Salesforce, and other advanced enterprise solutions.

- Understanding of how to integrate conversational AI technologies like ChatGPT into existing systems to enhance user interactions and automate processes.

- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce to demonstrate comprehensive, real-world business scenarios in demos.

Key Qualifications/Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in backend development and technical leadership, with a focus on AI/ML integration.

- Strong technical background in .Net, Java, Python, R, or similar technologies.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative POCs and demos that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and next-gen technologies.
