About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Core Developer to join our team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing complex software solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET Core developers.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Design and architect scalable and maintainable .NET Core applications.

- Define API design and data models.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop high-quality .NET Core applications using best practices and design patterns.

- Utilize .NET Core frameworks and tools to build efficient and scalable solutions.

- Implement data access layers using technologies like Entity Framework Core or Dapper.

- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Use tools like SonarLint and Sonarqube for code analysis and improvement.

- Conduct regular code reviews to identify and fix issues.

- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks.

- Implement performance tuning techniques to improve application responsiveness.

- Deploy applications to production environments.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in .NET development.

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.

- Experience with database technologies like SQL Server, MongoDB, or NoSQL.

- Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
