Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in equity sales.

- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and market trends.

- Present and promote equity products and services to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and client onboarding.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices in equity sales.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.

- 2 Years experience in end-to-end sales
