- Managing development workflows, SOPs, documentation and coding standards
- Do quality/regression tests before releasing the code
- Reporting for daily usage of hours in PMS or respective systems and improve productivity (ex. learning/ research / internal tasks / projects / etc)
- Generating error-free code, and achieve definition of done at first go
- Completing projects/ tasks on assigned time and utilize additional/free time on internal projects
- Prepare reports and update PM proactively
- Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies.
- Be part of sprint/scrum review meetings, and daily standups
- Completing and reporting about projects/ tasks on assigned time
- Continuously learn and upgrade technical skills
- Complete certifications, if applicable
- Magento Development (minimum of 2 years experience)
- Highly focused individuals who are passionate about technology and make stuff work
- Logical reasoning ability
- Confident, self-motivated individuals
- Good Communication skills
