Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the North Bangalore real estate market, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of high-rise apartments, villas, and plotted developments in the North Bangalore area.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct site visits and follow up with potential clients to successfully close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-rise, villas, or plotted properties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and motivate oneself.
• Familiarity with Pune/Bangalores residential and commercial property landscape.
• Proficient in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Note: Understanding of North Bangalore Real Estate market + Two Wheeler

Compensation will be between 3 -5 LPA + Incentives
