Job Description
- A Lead Developer is responsible for:1
- Overseeing the development of software applications and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to high standards
- Mentoring and managing a team of software developers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Identifying and implementing best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations for new tools and approaches that could benefit the team and company
- Participating in code reviews, design meetings, and other project-related meetings to provide technical guidance and ensure that all team members are aligned and productive
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a proven track record of leading software development projects, as well as experience in mentoring and managing a team of developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
