DevOps Support Engineer

Monitoring and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks, to ensure high availability and performance. Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, deployment, and testing processes. Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications and systems. Troubleshooting issues with software applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure timely resolution of issues. Implementing and managing monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Developing and maintaining documentation for software applications and systems, including user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to critical production systems. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
