Technical Lead/Manager (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of 7+ developers.

- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using technologies like Laravel, Node.js, React, and Angular.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Mentor and coach developers to help them grow their technical skills and careers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development industry.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Manage and prioritize projects effectively. Identify and mitigate technical risks.

- Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership roles within IT services or digital agencies, managing teams of 7+ developers.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade, distributed systems in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong background in startups or agile environments, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of scaling technical teams.

- Expertise in full-stack development using technologies like Laravel, Node.js, React, and Angular.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proficiency in database technologies (relational and non-relational) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
