Position : Business Operations Manager.
Job Description:.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of key projects and initiatives within all vertical interlock Operations and will lead Intake and prioritization of initiatives for Operations in alignment with our Objectives and Key Results This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and team member and project management skills to ensure the successful execution and delivery of initiatives.
- Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, you will have a proven track record in optimally handling multiple initiatives, stakeholders, leading challenging priorities, building collaborative relationships and working with others to deliver in a fast paced and changing environment.
Roles & responsibilities:.
- Collaborate with the team/SPOC/HODs for all vertical requirements.
- Participate in daily stand-up calls sharing insights, actions and collaborate with client onboarding Account Manager and other team members effectively.
- Dashboard & Weekly status reporting.
- Follow-up on actions, approvals and deliverables with verticals / & stakeholders.
- Plan and Facilitate requirements gathering across verticals.
- Weekly Operations status with all verticals and capture actions and responses from owners.
- Compliance & certifications renewals.
- Vendor / Partner compliance, Status.
- All Verticals: Maintaining records of operational activities, anticipating and solving problems.
- HR & HR BP: Operational enablement & requirements / Process adherence.
- Recruitment: Status and revenue leakage reports Vs SOW.
- Finance: Co-ordinating purchasing Quote/PO/Invoice approvals.
- All verticals: Identify and document changes across business verticals.
- Delivery: Status: Operations status / enablement: resource and training.
- Deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- HR & HR BP: Operational enablement & requirements / Process adherence.
- Recruitment: Status and revenue leakage reports Vs SOW / Process adherence.
