KR Elixir - Delivery Manager (1-2 yrs)

Position : Delivery Manager/Senior Delivery Manager.

Role & responsibilities :

- Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and quality to meet client objectives.

- Team Leadership: Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring collaboration across locations.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary client contact throughout project- delivery,- managing- expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues to ensure project- delivery- remains on track.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, setting clear milestones and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.

- Agile Processes: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project activities, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with client needs and technical requirements.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project documentation, regular status reports, and support project billing and business review processes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.

- Experience: 14+ years in project or program management, with a strong background in leading large, complex technology projects.

- Certifications: PMP, Agile (CSM), or equivalent project management certifications preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development (Java, .NET), CI/CD, and basic networking principles.

- Client Engagement Skills: Strong client-facing skills with experience- managing- senior stakeholders and client relationships.

- Agile Proficiency: Skilled in Agile project management practices and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
