As a Senior Service Engineer specializing in Automation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems used in the organization. Your expertise in automation technologies will be vital in delivering top-notch technical support to clients, identifying areas for improvement, and driving process enhancements to optimize system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

Automation System Maintenance: Take ownership of the maintenance, calibration, and routine servicing of automated systems to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.Troubleshooting: Investigate and diagnose issues with automation equipment, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams on automation-related matters.

Offer guidance and assistance in resolving complex technical challenges.Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor automation processes, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Implement enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.System Upgrades and Integration: Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute system upgrades and integration with other equipment or software, ensuring seamless operation.Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for users and technicians on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems. Create detailed technical documentation and manuals.
