Senior Manager - Golang + ReactJS

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers working with Golang and ReactJS. Provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

·Software Architecture: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable software architecture using Golang for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.

·Development & Integration: Lead the development of both backend APIs and frontend user interfaces. Ensure seamless integration between backend services and frontend components.

·Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and best practices. Ensure that the team follows test-driven development (TDD) principles and implements unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

·Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

·Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of development processes, including code quality, deployment pipelines, and development workflows.
