Technology Consulting-DP Data Visualization Senior

We are looking for a Technology Consulting - DP Data Visualization Senior to join our dynamic team and help clients unlock the full potential of their data. In this senior consulting role, you will lead and execute complex data visualization projects, leveraging your deep knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and consulting expertise to deliver strategic insights and solutions. Your work will empower organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes through compelling visualizations that translate complex data into actionable intelligence. You will play a key role in both the technical execution and client advisory, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and are scalable for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization Leadership: Lead the design, development, and delivery of data visualization solutions for clients. Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) to create intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and visual insights that convey complex information clearly to business stakeholders.

• Client Consulting & Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, data requirements, and challenges. Translate these into actionable data visualization strategies, advising on best practices for data presentation, analysis, and storytelling to enhance decision-making.

• Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage strong analytical skills to explore and analyze complex data sets. Apply your knowledge of statistics, data models, and analytics to create meaningful insights, which will drive business decisions and add value to client operations.

• Tool Selection & Optimization: Guide clients in the selection and optimization of data visualization tools that align with their business needs, scale, and technical environment. Ensure that data visualization solutions integrate seamlessly with existing data platforms and workflows.

• Dashboard & Report Development: Develop and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide operational insights, and enable stakeholders to monitor progress and performance.

• Data Integration & Management: Work with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is properly integrated, clean, and structured for use in visualizations. Oversee the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process as needed to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.

• Advanced Analytics & Techniques: Apply advanced analytics techniques to enhance data visualizations. This may include predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data modeling to forecast future outcomes and help clients gain deeper insights into their data.

• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and mentoring to junior team members and clients on data visualization best practices, tools, and techniques. Help clients become self-sufficient in using and interpreting the visualizations and dashboards you create.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging trends in data visualization, data analytics, and related technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data visualization practices and suggest innovations that can improve client solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics, with a strong background in delivering data-driven solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles , advising on data strategy, data visualization best practices, and developing tailored solutions for business needs.
• Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence (BI), including the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and present insights through data visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and hands-on experience creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Strong understanding of data management and integration , including data cleaning, transformation, and integration techniques to ensure high-quality visualization outputs.
• Solid foundation in SQL, Python, R , or other data analysis and visualization languages, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and automate processes where necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset , with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to business problems using data.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in data visualization tools such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI , or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with advanced analytics , such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI, and their integration into data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and how they integrate with data visualization tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams to deliver fast, iterative solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance , data security , and compliance standards related to data visualization in regulated industries.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and experience in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or others).
