Job Description
We are a close-knit team of electrical engineers supplying and supporting our high-tech solutions in field of electrical testing and measuring equipment. We are looking for a self motivated Customer Support Engineer with below profile.
- Shall be capable of having technical discussions with customers and backing the sales team , Competition Study , Customer Tracing etc.
- Computer Savvy and capable of coordinating webinars, Ms Office Reporting , editing Technical Manuals & Data-sheets etc.
- Shall have basic knowledge in all electrical equipment such as ,Transformers, HV /MV and LV Switchgear, circuit breakers, earthing system, Lightning Arresters , Relays etc.
Knowledge of below subjects will be an advantage -:
- CT / PT Testing Equipment
- Relay Testing Equipment
- Transformer Testing Equipment
- Circuit Breaker Testing Equipment
- Earth Testing
Youll work in an office environment, but will frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners. You will be involved in technical discussions, product trainings and application support.
