Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise and hands-on field experience in electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

1. Technical Execution:
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

1. Coordination & Collaboration:
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.

1. Documentation:
• Prepare technical reports, project schedules, and progress updates.
• Maintain records of equipment, materials, and project expenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

1. Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of field experience in managing electrical projects.

1. Technical Knowledge:
• Expertise in electrical systems, layouts, and installation procedures.
• Candidate must have on field work knowledge.
• Proficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

1. Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

1. Certifications:
• Any relevant certifications in electrical engineering or project management will be a plus.
