Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities from drawings, and prepare bills of quantity (BOQ) for civil works.
- Conduct site visits to measure subcontractors' work and verify measurements against contract specifications.
- Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billings.
- Ensure accurate estimation of materials needed for construction projects.
- Immediate Joiner will be preferred
