Hiring - Medical Coder ED & ENM

Kozent Tec Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented medical coder with at least 2 years of experience in emergency department (ED), cardiovascular, surgery, and evaluation & management (E/M) coding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, a bachelors degree, and exceptional knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This role is essential for accurate and compliant coding of medical services provided to patients, ensuring optimal reimbursement and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately code diagnoses and procedures for ED, cardiovascular, surgery, and E/M services using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.
Review clinical documents and physician notes to extract relevant information for coding.
Ensure coding complies with federal regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams to clarify medical record details for accurate coding.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize coding errors.
Stay up-to-date with current coding practices, medical terminology, and changes in healthcare regulations.
Assist in audits and respond to coding-related queries as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field and relevant medical coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of coding experience in emergency department, cardiovascular, surgery, and E/M services.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Skills:
Proficient in coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Level II).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
Open to working various shifts, with flexibility to work overlapping shifts as needed.

E&M, Surgery & cardiology - 2 yrs exp. Position- 2 full time
CPC fresher - Position - 1 fresher - full time
