Medical Coder / ENM / ED Profee / Noida / Mohali

We are seeking experienced and certified Medical Coders - ENM & ED Profee Coders

Role & responsibilities :

• Review and analyze patient records and clinical documentation for coding purposes.
• Accurately assign appropriate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and other relevant coding systems.
• Code Evaluation and Management (ENM) services, ensuring correct documentation and coding of patient visits.
• Maintain and update knowledge of medical coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ensure all coding is compliant with government regulations, insurance requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, medical staff, and other team members to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of coding assignments.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Certified Medical Coder
• Evaluation and Management (ENM) and ED Profee Coding is a must.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare procedures.
• Proficiency in coding software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
