• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
• Provide patient counseling and education on occupational therapy techniques, including hand therapy, splinting, and other interventions.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
  
• Implement various therapeutic activities such as exercise programs, cognitive training, and sensory integration exercises.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families.
