Position: Relationship Manager

Reporting to: Key Accounts Manager

Location: Delhi

CTC: Rs. 4.00 LPA (inclusive of conveyance reimbursement)

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting sales targets by daily connecting with Nodal officers/ employees in government offices/Corporates
• Engaging corporate/government employees with a view to deepening NPS penetration among their employees through arranging NPS helpdesks, awareness sessions
• Guiding Employees with the end-to-end processes by ensuring employees opts for Kotak Pension Fund at a time of NPS registration/ Scheme change
• Analyzing industry developments and trends, preparing corporate presentations etc.

Candidate:

• Should be Graduate/ Post-graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Experience of 1-2 years in Sales or business development would be a strong advantage
• Candidates from Non-Finance background can also be considered
• Should have Strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and client engagement skills
• Should able to speak local language
