Job Description
Kotak Life is hiring for HR Apprentice.

Location: Pan India
Stipend: 12,000/m
Duration: 12 months contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing relevant candidates in Insurance Sales through Naukri, referrals and vendors
2.Manage the relationship with vendors through regular connect and driving recruitment numbers
3.Schedule interviews and gather feedback for timely closure of positions
4.Manage the MIS of all candidates in pipeline and regularly update the Zonal HR Lead on the same.
