Korvage - Salesforce Senior Developer - Apex Programming (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, following a configuration-first approach.

Adherence to Best Practices :

- Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and delivers reliable, high-performance, and reusable solutions.

Technical Communication :

- Construct workflow charts and technical diagrams, as needed, to facilitate effective communication within the technical team.

Code Review & QA :

- Perform peer code reviews and provide support for QA and User Acceptance Testing.

Innovation and Updates :

- Stay current with upcoming Salesforce releases and integrate relevant updates into the technical strategy.

Documentation :

- Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Team Collaboration :

- Foster a team-oriented, problem-solving environment that values adaptability and creativity.

Must-Have Skills :

Salesforce Expertise :

Proficiency in Salesforce development, including :

- Configuration (Flows, custom objects, fields).

- Core Salesforce Platform (Apex, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services).

- Lightning framework experience, including Aura and Lightning Web Components.

Source Control and CI/CD :

- Experience with source control tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Customer Service :

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

Experience :

- 5+ years in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
