Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing research plans and strategies tailored to client and project needs, collaborating with product teams to recruit representative users.
Collaborate on complex, multi-phase research efforts across multiple projects, employing diverse methods such as user interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to generate actionable insights.
Identify gaps and opportunities by analyzing existing data sources (e.g., past research, product analytics, sales feedback, customer success insights, professional services input, and online communities) and support in conducting new studies as needed.
Assist on UX audits of existing products to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze and synthesize research findings to create ideal customer profiles, experience maps, storyboards, and and other UX artifacts to communicate research insights and inform the design process.
Centralize research findings in a well-organized repository, making insights accessible and actionable for both internal and client teams.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure research-driven decisions are effectively integrated into product design and development.
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research for digital products, with a focus on qualitative methods.
